Rates

Psychotherapy: 
$225 for 45-minute session (other durations prorated based on 45-minute fee)

Assessment Services: 
$3600 for comprehensive assessment
$4200 for Comprehensive Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Assessment
$2400 for partial assessment determining the presence of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

Insurance

Weden, Weintraub & Associates is considered an Out of Network provider, which means that we do not have any formal agreements with insurance companies regarding the provision of services to their members. 

While we do not accept insurance, many clients find that a  portion of their session fees are reimbursed by their insurance company, depending on out-of-network coverage. We encourage you to contact your insurance company to inquire about mental health coverage and out-of-network benefits for your specific insurance plan. 

We provide our clients with the necessary information (superbill/invoice) that they can submit to their insurance company should they wish to seek reimbursement.

Payment

Weden, Weintraub & Associates accepts check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
